Before you book

Practical questions.

What happens in the meeting?

A private discussion about your specific property — the building, its unit count, and its delivery timeline — and how the Annex MDU Partner Program would apply to it.

Can we meet in person, or is this a video call?

Either. Choose By Zoom for a video discussion, or In person, NYC to meet in New York City. The in-person meeting location is coordinated after booking.

How soon can we meet?

Scheduling opens seven days out. The calendar shows only genuinely available times, so the first date you can select is the earliest one that works.

What information is helpful to have ready?

The property or development name, the approximate number of units, and roughly when the building is expected to deliver. The booking form asks for these so the discussion can be specific to your property.

Who should join from our side?

Whoever can speak to the property and its delivery schedule — typically ownership, development, or asset management. Additional colleagues are welcome.

Do we need to change anything to reschedule?

No. Your confirmation email includes links to reschedule or cancel, and the time is released back to the calendar automatically.
